CANADA VISITOR VISA
Canada is a highly well-liked travel location. Whether you want to spend your time exploring and being active, or you want to experience the major cities like Vancouver and Toronto, Canada has some of the top tourist attractions available.
How To Obtain A Visa For Temporary Residence
It can occasionally be difficult to obtain a temporary resident visa (visitor visa) for Canada. To obtain a temporary resident visa, you must meet certain requirements. You must fulfill a few prerequisites in order to travel to Canada (unless you are from a Visa exempt country). These requirements include, among others: a passport or other appropriate travel document that is currently valid. Additionally, you must be in excellent health and be free of any convictions for crimes or immigration-related offenses..
If the two requirements above are met, we can help you in filling your application. You must persuade an immigration officer of the following in your application:

You have close ties to your native country and will depart from Canada after your vacation is over. Strong ties are defined as having a job, a family, and financial assets like a home or business. Due to these deep relationships, it is crucial that you persuade the officer that you will return before the conclusion of your visit. It might also be necessary for you to provide proof of your ability to pay for the visit. All of the aforementioned requirements, which are essential for obtaining a visiting visa, must be met with the appropriate paperwork.
In the event that you are denied a visitor visa, it is important that you re-apply after carefully evaluating the reason for rejection. It is very important to address the reason for rejection.

HOW TO EXTEND YOUR TEMPORARY VISA?
First, you must apply before the expiry date. This will be on your study or work permit, the stamp in your passport or, if you do not have a stamp in your passport, 6 months from the day you entered Canada.
You should apply 30 days before your status expires to:
- extend your visitor, student or work status,
- change your permit type (for example, from a study permit to a work permit) or
- change your permit condition(s) (for example, if you are studying and you want to change schools, or if you are working and you want to change jobs).
Maintained status
If you apply to extend your permit, and your visitor visa expires while you are waiting for a decision, you still have temporary resident (visitor) status. This is known as maintained status.
